Stress Management For Better Sex

2.Try slow,deep breathing to bring heart rate and respiration back to normal
3.Eat well-balanced,nutritious meal.
4.Avoid nicotine and excessive caffeine and sugar intake.
5.Get enough sleep

8.Talk to a friend
