1.Exercise for cardiovascular fitness three to four times a week.
2.Try slow,deep breathing to bring heart rate and respiration back to normal

7.Mix leisure with work>take breaks and vacation and possible.

9.Spend time with a pet.
10.Don't take things too hard.
