1.While urinating,stop the flow by contracting the muscles of the vagina and hold the contraction for 3-5 seconds.Do this about 10 times a day.Do it regularly.The reason for this is that muscles involved in controlling your urine flow are the same as those involved in your sex activity.By strengthening these muscles,you will find that you can be a better sex partner.

3.While flat on your back,either on the floor or in bed,with your feet stretched out straight,lift your feet about 4 inches from the mattress/floor.In the beginning hold it for few seconds.As you gain more strength,try to hold for 10 seconds or more.This can increase your entire abdominal area strength
